Selection flip/turn

The selection tool is already capable of resizing and rotating selections, but it is not capable of flipping (vertical/horizontal) or 3-way rotation (90 clockwise, 90 counterclockwise, 180). Only the layer and image menus can do this, and not selection. Maybe add a menu for selection, next to image and layer?

I had that for a long time, but there are problems. Whenever I use them in certain selections, some of the selected graphics usually go out of the selection canvas, creating embarrassing cutoff.

Paste the selection into a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + V) then flip that.

That was my workaround, but other programs can do the simple method that I am asking for.
