Rick Brewster Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 It's a bug but it's harmless. Those dots are from the paintbrush preview cursor thingy. You're outside of the coordinate space that Paint.NET is designed for, which is -65535 to +65535 on either axis.
