  1. Fill the area in again or increase the tolerance?
  2. Hi You know, i just don't know what to write here anymore...
  3. Facebook.com/Basspixel

  4. Not 100% about this but have you tried out GIMP, or Paint Tool Sai? Maybe they are more suited to that sort of digital painting, what with brushes and finer control of the specifics of your pen/ brush tools
  5. You really have thought of everything! Thanks, peace out
  6. Simple enough to say, instead of using the 'Rotate / Zoom' tool, having an option much like in the 'Image' button, were you can rotate by 90 degrees quickly. It's merely for sake of convenience
  7. Excellent! Will use something similar in a future concept!
  8. @Ego, scientifically it as more readable, you recognise the word better because you learn most of your words in lowercase, another reason why most road signs (In the UK at least) have place names written in lowercase BTW EternalSorrow - Not sure how this works or anything but resizing through the web may help? I scaled down the logo of my site from a stupendously large image and somehow the magic code made it look great! I have next to no knowledge of coding so i cant really help anymore than that in that field
  9. Bevel Selection? Maybe Jitter or Dents if your talking about the outline
  10. Great ima get this text+ plugin too, text spacing is a must!
  11. Okay, i have read the allready requested stuff, and maybe this is just to confirm: Would be great to have (along with the layer grouping / folders) a small toggle to 'minimise' the layer, so you could fit more layers onto your screen without scrolling. Also this probably ties in with layer grouping, colour coding them aswell? This i think has been mentioned, but just to be sure, an option to drag and drop layers to reorganize them?
  12. Yes, select 'Open with' and if Paint.net isnt there, click 'Browse' and find the PDN.exe and click that, there should also be an option to set that as the default, cant place it in my mind but its there somehwere
  13. Not sure how youd get a completely white face, but maybe you should give the 'Glow' plugin a try?
  14. I would draw out my path with either the pen tool or line tool, then i would duplicate the layer and render frosted glass till it looks okay, then on the duplicated layer set a gaussian blur. Id then play around with layer blends till the colours work. As for the starry lense flares, id duplicate all the layers twice and render motion blur in two different directions, then contiunue to play around with layer opacitys and maybe use a cloud render as a layer blend to add a little more.
  15. Really good plugin, have actually been looking for something like this for quite a while!
  16. @NiteNurse Very retro, reminds me of windows 98 and my Sega MegaDrive! Ahh funtimesss
  17. Uploaded this pic onto advanced critique, but haven't had a response yet, so i thought i might aswell show it up here @PDNnoob - Loving the mixture of circles, im going to try that, some really big circles mixed with small ones works really well, and did you use the xor layer blend to get the circles at the point were the triangles meet? Works really well, definatly a possible wallpaper
  18. ENZO Dubstep, www.flavors.me/enzodubstep

  19. @ Railgun Studios Really shows what paint.net can do when someone with real artistic talent get their hands on it (Im not downgrading anyone else's work by saying that) The mountains could use abit of work, abit of sharper definition would look great. The canvas texture you added looks great, this could pass for a real painting. The clouds on the left seem a little flat though. Past all that, its an amazing piece, the trees and fog add a real sense of size to the image. I think more use of noise, different textures and layer blends could make this epic. A promotional wallpaper made for a music production endeavor undertaken by me and a friend. I was going for a very powerful effect, more focused on a 'Bang! In your face' approach, The text is repeated across all the gallery pics so it doesnt matter if you cant read it well Really like how it turned out
  20. The drop shadow on the logo at the top is cut of slightly. Just thought id mention it
  21. Thanks, ill give it a go EDIT: Ah yes i have circle text allready, just dont know how to achieve the effect of it not going all the way round? Ill experiment.
  22. Hello, ill get straight to it I am trying to get the text to curve around the blue banner its on. I cant seem to do it, anyone know of any techniques and / or plugins that could help? Greatly Appreciated
  23. Nice, gonna use it for a Fiverr gig Still need to find a tut for a shield doh, i remeber seeing it...
  24. Your method seems perfect, try opening other png's or formats and see if it can open then. Also try reinstall PDN, i had a similar issue with huge images with 20+ layers. Make sure your updated PDN too.
