  1. im going on holiday in..uhm...20 minutes (yay!) but if i get some spare time ill make you one . Purely because lets face it...rock concerts are awesome, i go to them all the time haha. Take a look at my gallery (see link under signature) and if you think i got the amount of knowledge you would like just pm me AND post here (pm so i dont miss it).
  2. 150x150 are goo but i jsut think in 120x120 its not so eye catching (in a good way). 150x150 can often drag someone away from your sig or the piece you posted
  3. Yup . If you dont want to dl plugin (you may as well, they are extremely useful) i think bulge comes built in.
  4. thats better , hmhm i think 120x120 as its in the middle of the sizes and just big enoguh to get that bit of extra detail in hehe
  5. Your best bet would be 'bulge' effect or the lens plugin probably
  6. play around with shapes and layers. The ripple plugin can create a ideal circle (with others inside gradually getting smaller) for vector and in that tutorial i showed you it makes vectors halfway through (admitadly didnt go into detail)..perhaps use custom brush plugin?
  7. Thats my current job hehe. As far as images etc go thats self explanitory, template creating however can be somewhat tricky. First up, pick a 'theme' you want to go with, for instance autumn could be amber/soft brown colours with a leaf bottom right or something. Once you have made a base background you then want to cut out sections for banners / special offers etc dependant on the subject or the site. Persoanlly i created my template in a different software but used paint.NET for all my banners/picture editing for the products and 'special offer' signs. Then once you have done all this you 'just' need to align up the template background with your buttons etc that you create and uplaod the code . I personally use .html or .xhtml due to my host but i also have a converter to .swf so i can make snazzy banners from things i make in paint.NET . Basically, its not too hard, i suggest you draw out a design on paper first. That way you have everything placed where you want it..trust me this can save hours..i found out the hard way haha.
  8. Im glad you got my pm and made a gallery, i like it all . I think my favourites are your banners as you show off some nice talent there, but i really like your ironman sig too, oh and your current avatar is really nice. Keep up the good work . Don't forget to make a link to your gallery under your sig to make it easier for people to find
  9. Thanks , i used a hell of a lot of layers for the petals and shading then smudging and blurring to put them into place. I also segmented the work so i could work at little bits at a time...gotta love it when you can slowly see a picture come together
  10. You could try saving undera different file format after smoothing it out etc? looks great anyway
  11. Thanks a bunch dark, LOVE the avatar & sig. You got some real talent with those !

  19. I like it better than the sasuke one tbh, but i think if you add a little shade top left of sasuke it will help it a bit..i think..who knows im not very good at sigs
  20. Haha thanks, King btw . I still got loaaads to learn and i can tell people are going to keep me on my toes. Its thinking of something that noone/not many have done thats the tricky part

  22. I knew i seen oma do a leaf tut before !. I'll use some bits & bobs then post up the final outcome
  23. I kinda posted this in the wrong section earlier . So here is one of my best compelte works so far. I jsut had to post it due to all the positive feedback i was getting off you guys during the process of making it . @yy: Nope, all i had to go with was looking at a pink rose and drew it freehand in pdn because my scanner was broke . Then built upon that (you can see the stages in my gallery), Thanks
  24. Thanks . I am going to start working on some leaves at some point today, darn you welshblue putting that idea into my head!
  25. you could use gaussian blur+ or the smudge plugin, for the writing possibly try playing around with layer properties
