  1. You seem to be the expert at glossies here lol. Excellent job again.
  2. Well you're in luck. I found this tut.: http://www.psionic3d.co.uk/tutorials/shiphull.html a long time ago for when I wanted to do skinning for a game. I'm pretty sure this is easy to convert from PS to P.N. That is an example only though. There's plenty of ways to do what you want to acheive.
  3. Either 1024X768 or 1280X...darn I forgot the height of those ones. Green w/ dark green would look interesting and maybe red. That's my suggestion.
  4. Hey it looks good though. It looks like there is a little bit of a glow going too which makes it look good also.
  5. Very good looking works in here. I don't think it looks "too" simple. I think there is a little work involved in that sig. Ask one of the Admin. here if you're unsure.
  6. I just saw this one over at Sublime lol. It's really interesting. Good job.
  7. The Cloud one is on the track to looking stunning. There are only a few things I have to point out though it's cropped in places so try to make it look more realistic once you get the time. Good job otherwise.
  8. HELEN: Thank you very much. It's easy to draw things in PDN i've learned. I'm not sure if it's easier than PS, but it sure is simple. Sharp: Thanks. I did no brushing if you're wondering.
  9. I have to say that's an awesome wallpaper. The sig. is a very pleasing one and I like the simplicity.
  10. Hey thanks all. Terminal Velocity I'm not sure exactly where I got the font, but I bet you can check at dafont.com for the Evanescent font I used. Storm.Shadow: The F-22 is one of my most favorite aircraft (lol hence my username). I have a few books on aircraft and they include the Raptor. Yeah the space sig. didn't come out unfortunately. I should have feathered the area more. I had cut it out from overlaying two stock cloud pics. and I rotated it to conform a little with the planet and I didn't notice it looking like that even though it was blatantly obvious. The Bald Eagle is my favorite bird and animal. What aircraft design are you talking about? The LiB-32 was both inspired by an intake design I thought up a while back (hence the large area in the front curving back to the engine's nozzle.) and a little from the MiG-25 Foxbat interceptor both with it's large engine and the wide body. Thank you OMA. I don't know if there are many people here that like jets, but designing aircraft is something I want to pursue so that is why I've done drawings on the computer. (Actually most of my drawings are on paper. I have tons too.)
  11. Your wallpapers are great. There are some nice works in here.
  12. Hey thanks. I messed up on that wallpaper. I may redo it if I can find the original file.
  13. This is where I'll post all of my sigs., wallpapers, aircraft designs, and other stuff at. You'll notice I'm a prolific sig. maker that is still improving. 100% PDN. Newest work(s): Signatures and avatars: Hidden Content: (Sotw sig. The theme was weapons as you can tell.) (Edited version for lighter forums) (I actually used the smudge tool for the first time on this one.) Edited the V-wing sig a bit. Mainly darkened. (This one is better on a dark forum) (This one I did a while back when I was still just looking here at tutorials. It's a mixture of the Pyro sig. and another one which I can't remember the name of.) Aircraft Designs: (Since I love designing aircraft, the ones I make on the computer will go here.) Hidden Content: Unnamed Aircraft:<!-- m -->http://i330.photobuc...com/albums/l428 ... nogred.png<!-- m --> HAIR-2A Swift Tiger Hypersonic concept: <!-- m -->http://i330.photobuc...com/albums/l428 ... tTiger.png<!-- m --> VTOL UCAV Concept: http://i330.photobuc...CAVDesign-1.png GF-44A Phantom: http://i330.photobuc...4APhantom-1.png GF-44N Night Phantom: <!-- m -->http://i330.photobuc...com/albums/l428 ... hantom.png<!-- m --> (There's a typo on this one. It's 8 missiles instead of 10.) http://i330.photobuc...understrike.png Wallpapers: Hidden Content: (Another photo manipulation.)http://i330.photobuc...almacemanip.png (This one is a photo-manip) http://i330.photobuc...m/BaldEagle.png http://i330.photobuc...m/magnetic2.png http://i330.photobuc...dom/d3sk709.png http://i330.photobuc...andom/f22-1.png Large/Assorted works: Hidden Content: (Just for a friends forum) WIP or unfinished sigs.: (I have no clue what else I can do on these.) Hidden Content: Headers: Hidden Content: If any of you want me to make a tutorial on anything please ask.
  14. This one took a while to figure out seeing it is the first time I've done this style. It took 21 layers or so of blending. I can tell it's washed out, but it still looks nice. If you're wondering I did not do any brushing in here. The background was made using noise.
  15. Not exactly what I was looking for, but thanks anyways. I know the basics of the line too already I'm just wondering if there are ways to make the ends of the lines similar to the one in the tutorial I posted. Actually more like the lines in this tutorial at step 5 and 6
  16. If I can understand you correctly you are trying to move that arrow on the bottom into another image. There are two ways you can do this (only if I read your post correctly) you can have your image with the cropped out arrow open and the image you want to put it in open. Then you select the layer you have the arrow in and press Ctrl C then open up the other image (make a new layer preferably to paste the arrow in) then press Ctrl V to paste it. Sorry if I didn't understand what you were asking for.
  17. Those glossies are excellent looking. There are very small things I see wrong, but it's not close enough for ruining it.
  18. Can anyone point me in the right direction in making abstract lines like in this tutorial in PDN? Since I know there is a smudge tool plugin I was wondering if there is a more convenient way to do this since the smudge plugin opens up another window and doesn't allow you to see all of the layers underneath the layer your smudging in. Thanks in advance.
  19. You have excellent work in here. Your latest is very good too. The clouds are pretty realistic.
