You see, the pictorium is where you POST pictures, not ask for them.

I don't think there's a plugin, but I think I have an idea how to achieve the effect. Make the top layer a border of the color you want the edge to be, then try using dents on it with a high roughness. I can't write a big tutorial on it right now, but I've done it before.
