Thanks. I think I do see the problem. The background image of the new Lucas Oil Stadium does not go well with the textured text overlay. On the wallpaper I made last year I used a photo from a game of Peyton Manning throwing a pass to Dallas Clark and it was a more subtle effect. The photo of the stadium is too harsh with the texture overlay. Thanks for pointing that out. I need to change that. Thanks, I appreciate it ! I really like what you did with flip's tut. The juxtaposition of the color and grayscale really makes the image for me. Very nice and clean.

I can't imagine what I would change it it. @ Gazek The only thing I would change would be to center the Windows logo using "align object". @ Psycho Harmonic I would have added a question mark, but otherwise very nice. I have interest, I just can't seem to do it. I can't seem to work that small with a mouse. I do always check in to see who made what. I think it's really neat how you guys do this kind of artwork. I do have to admit, I am a little confused by the voting method. Why not have a poll and make it a little more organized. Why not send out a few PMs to some of the people who have posted pixel art in the Galleria and see if you can encourage them to enter. I think you should give it another try. Maybe you could design some awards for your comp or some of the others?

I love how you made this look so old. Great job. I've not used any version of AutoCAD since the 2004 version (which I still have). Even then it was becoming very bloated. I still occasionally get drawings in AutoCAD, but the GIS software I use (ESRI's ArcMap/ArcInfo) will read them in and you can import them into the geodatabase, so I rarely use it. Making bloated software seems to be the norm now days. There are several Open Source drafting and GIS programs available that are lightweight and still powerful.

Good start and welcome to the forum. One suggestion I would make is that your name fades into the background too much. You could add an outline to it or maybe use the drop shadow and use white as the shadow instead of black. That would make it stand out from the background more.
