  1. Everyone should at least have it available, it's a must-download.
  2. Not really, I like yours fine, and a lot of people like yours better, it really just comes down to preference. I use yours a lot for its .agif editing feature.
  3. It's really personal preference, but I like the interface, no offense to you.
  4. True, Juraiko, there's almost nothing I've seen that uses it well, except maybe some jewelry.
  5. @atypicalcarl: Great, but the sky needs more stars. Good work, make it your sig soon!
  6. @msu4ster: Great work! I like the lighting around the rainbow.
  7. To animate with Paint.NET, download Simon Brown's Animated Image plugin. . No, I'm aware of that, I think UnFreeZ works better than Simon's plugin, no offense to him, it's a great one.
  8. Going along with the above reminders, if we're just relaying many older things, remember to always check the tolerance of not just the magic wand, but also the paint bucket tools to get the desired effect. -Also, never forget the nubs on the line that are very helpful for making precise curves. -To animate with Paint.NET, download UnFreeZ from brothersoft, and save all files as .gif that you want to animate.
  9. Here's a little one I made, it's raining french fries. This is really great, it should be useful!
  10. Thanks, that feature slipped under my search page-skimming radar. Thanks a bunch!
  11. You could just find an I and copy and paste it. Great tut madjik. True that. Haha, I'm slow today, track practice was brutal. Yeah I ran out and got a different keyboard, I'll post my IMG tags with my results as soon as photobucket comes up. I must need to disable Windows Firewall Internet Protection, it's blocking photobucket and the exception's already placed. One minute.
  12. You working on it? If you don't mind, I'm going to make a personal version of it, if you want to collaborate
  13. Okay, so when I was not at home and on some bad internet connections, I figured that was it, but for hours on end, I cannot use the "View your posts", "View unanswered posts", "View active topics", or "View new posts" features from the forums. Every time I click them it seems, I get the error "Sorry but you cannot use search at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.". And I try again and again, then stop for 10 minutes, and it's still down. Any ideas on how to help with this?
  14. Two things: 1. As to your question, the animation is not supported within PDN without Simon Brown's plugin, and even then it is not preferred with programs like Benetton, UnfreeZ, and Windows GIF animator all topping it in quality, no offense to Simon, who made a GREAT plugin there. 2. This should really be in General Discussions and Questions. Please check the rules on where to post, and remember the rule that says if you're unsure, post in General Discussions and Questions, as that's really a miscellaneous zone.
  15. Very nice! Could use a true feather or two, though. I like the true-to-reality style you have, keep up the good work!
  16. You may be using the wrong tool to scale the selection. The white arrow is to change the size of the actual thing you want to modify, the blue arrow is to change the size of it or move it. The rectangle will make a completely new selection of where you want to change.
  17. It's a fractal, you'd have to find the source code for the plugin in Photoshop and make sure you change it to the correct language for Paint.NET, then save it as a .dll in your Effects folder. Otherwise, there's really no way to make the fractal unless you know the equations used within it.
  18. When you download a .zip file, you need to download it, then extract the files to C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects. When you download a .dll file, you need to save it right to C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects. Then, either restart (if you have it open already) or open Paint.NET. If the effects still do not work, post another reply or PM me.
  19. Hello, my eye key es not workng sorry when eye key works eye'll post my work. Great Tutor(y)al!! Keep up the good work MadJ(y)k

  21. @topezia: Great work!!! The ball looks like a marble with a pattern on it.
  22. Welsh gives good advice. Get the drop shadow plugin if you don't already, it's very good for angling shadows.
  23. Good idea, I'll get this fixed when I get home, it'll be done around 6, hopefully.
  24. What exactly are you asking, how to draw the figures in Paint.NET, or how to make a speech bubble?
