    It's very nice! Some of the black could be a little softer though, specifically on the spiked wheels in the middle.

    Delete the files from the C:/Program Files folder, see if it works. Make sure you back all the files up before you try this!

    The cursor plugin might only work because you saved all the files in the FileType folder. Save your effect in C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects

    Okay, so here's the new avatar, I just realized I had made this a long time ago, simple but shows the presidential transition. Made in January haha, just got around to posting it.

    True, or if you need just a slight yellow, copy it with the aforementioned cutting out images tutorial and use color tint in the adjustments menu.
