2 Problems with smudge. One, It doesn't work well with transparency, and two, I prefer using as few stocks/brushes as possible. Although if there's no other way I could deal with the second problem.

Saw a photoshop tut for a completly different effect, but it gave me an idea

Swalski: The first one is cool, but it seems blurry and antialiased at the same time :? The second one is nice but the bottom text is hard to read. C&C? I'm thinking of making a tut if I have enough time.
