Well, it should work for every landscape with a sky. I just took CommanderSozo's amazing piece and put it into night-time, using Ash's ingenious method.

Yes, it should've have, so this will either be locked or moved. In answer to your problem, could you post an image. I think you may have to cut out the basketball in order to merge it onto the building.
