well her and ash are helping me to get away from hand drawing everything with the pencil , its kinda like PDN boot camp lol

my point is some people cant read English, there fore they cant read the rules to know its an english only forum, iono maybe im over thinking this..lol

im just curious why members of these forums cant delete ther own threads. is there a reason for that? i know on a lot of the other forums i use if i were to have a question answered or want to delete a thread i posted i could delete it myself.

sometimes it amazing me how easy some of the complex pictures are to draw when you break them down, i can draw a portrait using only circles squares and triangles. its just cool to me how simple this stuff is when you think before you act! lol illl do some more tommorow night for now

these ones here were in a book i have, i simple just drew them in PDN with the line/curve tool, easy enough, i always try to break an image down when im drawing it, i just think about the shapes its made up of, i draw the shape then erase the unneeded portion. just like when you sketch something on paper.

alright, here are a few little sketches i did on PDN, the first two i did using the pencil only although i did use random lines and twist for the crystal ball . The other three tomorrow im going to use color masking to color these three in. Leme no what you think!

ah... i see. Heres wat i came up with, i need to expand it to make it seem deeper, you should make that a tut, so simple its over looked lol.

thanks for the advice, ill give it a try, i used a similar method for the hair i believe. i used 3 shades of yellow colored them on separate layers. Then merged them all and motion blurred them on the highest setting, giving the gradient effect.

so ive been trying to use some shape 3D, heres what i came up with. Look ash! look oma!! im doing it!!! lol, any way, what do you guys think? im trying to expand my horizon of just using the pencil tool.

jerk for this time you can change it, but in the future that will not be allowed, the reasoning for allowing you to edit it is simply because the rules were not clear and you were one of the first to enter. the voting is approaching quickly, i edited the contest rules in the entry thread adding what i thought would be the best way to do the voting for this contest, please let me know your thoughts on this. thanks kevin

alright heres a sketch i did on PDN, i want to expand my knowledge and maybe try to do this with shape 3D, is there a way that i can just take this image and make it 3D using shape 3D or do i have to do each part seperatly?
