    Try using the Gradient Tool in Transparency Mode :AlphaChannel: . EDIT: To make those dots, use the Line tool :LineCurveTool: and switch it to the Dotted line style.

    I noticed that. The logo was smaller than it is now. [Original] I resized it to better fit the rest of the image. The resize probably made the bad corners more noticable.

    His screen res. looks low to me, seeing as the 800x600 canvas size is very close to both the bottom and top of PDN's interface.

    The image you are feathering must be surrounded by a transparent area(meaning it has no background)

    C:/program files/Paint.NET/effects is the default folder that the plugins should be put in. To download the dll, just click the download link. Either download the dll directly to the effects folder, or download it to your desktop and drag it to the effects folder.

    The Feather blurs the edges of an object with jagged edges to help it look more "natural". To use it, the area around the object must be transparent.
