  1. ? why in the world would you download codelab if you want lens and dents? Both are in Ed Harveys pkg of plugins. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=26244&start=0 <=== clik this link that will take you to the page of ED's pkg. read that top few lines carefully! Ed gives you a zip file to download into your paint.net effects folder. download that. then you need to extract those files! as they are a zip file. a few lines down from there he tells you that two files must be in the effects for any of his plugins to work. make sure you have both in your effects file, he also give the link to how to install plugins. viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2023 I haven't had to download these in ages so can not remember but it is possible you may have to close your machine down and then restart for the items to show up in your paintnet effects drop down list.

thanks If I live to be 120 I'll never get all the ideas in my mind down. They just jumble over and around each other trying to get from my fingers to the screen. ciao OMA

  8. yes and I'm sure if I took the time I could get something similar to most of those examples done in paint.net . Granted they may not be one push one button but do able. Perhaps stick around a bit longer and learn to really push the limits of paint.net. ciao OMA

thanks Helen I love your mountain wing analogy. guess I didn't get the message from my brain to the screen that one. I was thinking eyelashes encrusted with sandman sleep being blown away as I come out of a deep sleep. thanks Gamerworld 14 that Elephant sketch is taking me for ever. Mainly because I was stumped by the little house thing. I'm just clearing the deck of works I have been doing slowly over the past week a little tiny bit at a time, before I tackle the next section of that image. Hi Raptor 101 welcome to my gallery I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. These are just a few that actually make it to this gallery. There are many more I've not shared yet, and when I have time will add more and more. here is a background image I have done ....... I've a castle in my sketch book that this one might just work with. Maybe that will come after the elephant gets finished. and then again maybe not the name of this one is dream fragments.

  20. here are a couple of fonts that should be pretty standard on most computors. clik your text button and then look along the top see that little arrow for drop down list you can change fonts there and also the little box next to it changes font size. hope that helps. if you don't have one you like there is always loads of fonts at Dafont for free to download. I beleive there are quite a few posts that deal with how to add them. Rick is doing some work on fonts for the new version, so the way to add them may change, ciao
