Anyway, I've played around a bit, and the sphere is quite easily created with Shape3D, but the inside is a lot harder. barkbark00 Posted December 8, 2007 Share Posted December 8, 2007 After a little looking, I found that this tutorial (How to make a pearl.) might be a better option for creating the sphere. Shape 3D gives you too much highlight/shadow washout. This tutorial allows o to control the shading a little better. After that you just need to cut out the black background and your 'X' and then add the glowing insides. I'd use the "Alpha Mask Import" plugin for the cutting part...
