Stitching effect in Paint.Net?

Do we have such stitching effect plugin or way to do it in paint.net?

Also that leather effect?

 

Can someone try similar thing in PDN?

I was also looking for this. Unfortunately the tutorial is so old the pictures are gone. Is there a new plugin that can do this? Or a new tutorial somewhere.

Actually, what I'm looking for is a stitching effect in lines. If I draw a line I want that line too look like it's stitched there not drawn. Is there a plugin to do that?

@Kytampe Have you looked at the choices in filling patterns for colors?

I suggest using the Texture Shader to add an image to a cloth texture. Something similar to how I added a tartan pattern to cloth. The disadvantage is that it's a rather difficult plugin to learn to use.
