mastodonant
Before you say anything to me, i looked through the tutorials and searched the forums so plz just send me a link if u can help me I'm looking for a tutorial that tells you how to make a "regular" picture into pencil art or an effect that makes it look somewhat drawn thanks in advance
BoltBait
Give us a sample picture... and an example of how you want the final to look. The reason I ask, is that "pencil art" is a fairly wide topic. Colored pencil? No 2 pencil?... etc. Do you want a smooth sketch, or a rough sketch type effect? usedHONDA
Try this: Duplicate the background layer two (2) times. Set all of their blending modes to multiply On one of them, use the toon filter [in Picc84's post On another, use the outline effect (fine-tune to your own desire) *Options* Leave the other alone and save it ~or~ Duplicate the one that hasn't been touched, use the emboss effect, and set the blending on either multiply or glow (or whatever works).
