magicrobot
I'm looking to do "the little dots" (we used to call them screens or tones when we cut them out by hand many years ago) I can't seem to find a plug in. I'm trying to create an old comic book coloring feel so. I'm horrible with finding stuff so I appoligize if this is something simple I've overlooked. Ego Eram Reputo
I think you are referring to the Halftone effect. Try this thread: Ed Harvey's plugin pack - there's a neat plugin in there that does just this job. 1 Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
Red ochre
Perhaps the 'Halftone' plugin here:http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=18811 or use the fill options for the paint bucket tool? (scroll down from where it says 'Solid Color'')You could also try the 'Stipple' or 'Dots' plugins too - both listed in the index. http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=25637 Hope that's what you meant.
