EER covered the teeth part already

Skin: decrease the saturation

Eyes: you can't edit the color of something black, but you can still add color to it. What I would do is similar to the colored eye tutorial: . It's a little more complicated than that since you need to increase the brightness of the eyes, though.

Basically, you select her eyes, copy and paste them to a new layer, use the feather plugin to soften the edges, then increase the brightness. After that, you can change the color however you wish.

which picture did you want her skin to look like? o.0 I'm confoozeled...

Try messing with the brightness/contrast adjustment as well. It looks like you increased either the brightness or the contrast.

Also, if you are trying to get the same skin tone as the second picture, you can add more blue to the image using curves or color balance.

Skin:

1. Open hue/saturation and slide saturation down to 40 and hit ok.

2. Open the Brightness/contrast adjustment and set brightness to about 30 and contrast to about 25 and hit ok again.

Lipstick:

3. Add a new layer and use the line tool to fill her lips with red.

4. Run Gaussian blur at about 3

5. Set layer blend mode to overlay and layer opacity to 80

Eyes:

6. Select her eyes (not the white though) with the ellipse select. You don't need to be too careful about getting more than you need since we will make further adjustments later. Just make sure you don't miss any pieces.

7. Copy and paste to a new layer

8. Run the feather plugin at around 5

9. Using the Brightness/contrast adjustment, set contrast to -20

10. Use the color balance adjustment to change the color. Use other adjustment tools like brightness/contrast to get the desired results.

11. Adjust blend mode as desired

Flatten image and you're done! (if you already worked on her teeth that is... ;) )

EDIT: I do realize the background is a bit brighter because of the brightness/contrast adjustment. If it bothers you a lot, just drop a not and I'll show you how to fix that too.
