Andrewr05
When, I first start up Paint.net the program is unresponsive for about 10 seconds and when I click on the effects tab it takes a few seconds to appear. This isn't that big of a deal if I have to go into the effects menu once or twice but when I'm constantly opening the menu that extra few seconds of lags become enraging. I do have quite a few effects installed so this may be the issue. Are there any performance tweaks or config files that I can tweak? I have installed another 4Gb of memory after doing the main installation of PDN, maybe some things need to be changed? Paint.net is up to date (v3.5.8) All .NET files are up to date. (as far as Windows tells me) System Specs: X3220 @ 3Ghz 8GB DDR2 400 8800GTS

Ego Eram Reputo
How many did you use in the last week? And yet you loaded every one of them every time you opened paint.net Quote ebook: Mastering Paint.NET | resources: Plugin Index | Stereogram Tut | proud supporter of Codelab plugins: EER's Plugin Pack | Planetoid | StickMan | WhichSymbol+ | Dr Scott's Markup Renderer | CSV Filetype | dwarf horde plugins: Plugin Browser | ShapeMaker
