Links in there have 404 errors and the effect is more like distorting the edges of the picture rather than giving it that roughed up, weathered look. You know what I mean? Try a bit of Dents, Alpha Displacement, Frosted glass etc & play with the blend modes. The concrete tute should give you some good results. Best I can offer. Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry.
