Sarkut Posted August 13, 2010 Share Posted August 13, 2010 (edited) Be sure that the correct layer is the active working layer. Be sure that black is Primary color, and white is Secondary color. Press Esc to be sure that there is no selection active. Try the Recolor tool again, and report back if still no go.
