HopefulAngel03
I was wondering if anyone knew how to make glitter graphics using PDN and Animation Shop? I can't figure it out to save my life and I'd be really thankful to anyone that can help me out.

HopefulAngel03
idk, i know that you have to use layers to apply the glitter, and everything comes together in animation shop.
AWF
http://paintdotnet.12.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=1845 Thats a basic on glitter, not exactly what you where talking about, but you could abuse this to get the same effect, you would just need to lower the intensity very low and use the motion blur effect twice, in opposite directions on two different layers would get you somthing close, then a nice sharpen would probably do the trick. d1th3r_d3v1l
They way I make glitter effects is copy the image 3-4 times then open paint.net, open the images 1 by one and add noise to them. Then save them and get an animation program to put them in gif format.
