papuccino1
Why does Paint.NET take forever to load my Font List? I think maybe it's because it loads the Font, then creates an example of what the font looks like, right? Is there a way to speed it up? Thanks

pophiri
How many fonts do you have loaded? It is tempting to load lots of fonts, but it does slow things down (and not just pdn). Best to only keep your top fonts loaded and use a font manager to temporarily load extras as needed.

Ego Eram Reputo
Not only fonts, but plugins also slow loading. If you have plugins that you use very rarely, shift them to another folder so they don't load every time you start PDN.
