I'm not gonna tell you how I made it, so let's see how well you do! (I guess this image was inspired by the image "God's Eye". Oh well. Except I had a ton of layers, believe it or not, because each ring had about 3 layers or different colors to get the desired effect. But yours is a nice 5 minute project. Hey!!! I can't tell you how sorry I am I forgot! what I was doing was trying to explain that the image I made was not made with the original "God's Eye". Once again, sorry! Hey!!!
