jarvomK
I'm looking to make a mod in minecraft and i was making textures using paintnet. when i wanted to erase something though, i noticed the eraser didnt completely erase the pixel and left some transparent, faint remnants. I want the eraser to erase completely, with one click. how can i get it to do that? (yes i did set hardness to 100)

Rick Brewster
Disable antialiasing in the toolbar. 1 Quote The Paint.NET Blog: https://blog.getpaint.net/ Donations are always appreciated! https://www.getpaint.net/donate.html
Scooter
look to see if your Primary color is a pure solid color, not a smi-transparent color. solid will provide complete earasure , sim-transparent will not. CircleBox
Hold Control, the Zoom in with your mouse wheel very far. Select the Rectangle Tool, and pick the pixel. Hit Delete. Hold Control, then scroll back out!
Rick Brewster
That's completely unnecessary, @CircleBox You can just turn off antialiasing and set the brush size to 1. Alternately, use the Pencil tool, set Alpha to 0 in the Colors window, and set the blending mode to Overwrite in the toolbar. CircleBox
Setting the pencil tool to alpha 0 is actually a pretty good idea!
