Your attached image is just black.  if it was intended as an example, please re-post the example so we can see what you want.

As you can see the main color in the image is black, but there are dots that makes it more realistic. I am trying to find out how to do that.

Hello,

The sample you posted has some grain and texture. So I think that you are looking for some type of texturing. You may try to render some Clouds and and then use some ofthe Distortion effects.
