Shapes can't be deleted?! :O

Hi!

 

I'm not able to simply delete a shape. I tried the DEL key as well as the BACKSPACE key. No one works.

You don't remove objects the way you are attempting. You can use the Eraser Tool to remove it or you can use the Rectangular Select or the Lasso Select Tool  and then Delete Key remove an object.

Hello @PleaseHel and Welcome to the forum

 

If you mean the Shapes that go into the Paint.net Shapes Folder, you must go into the folder and remove the Shape.

 

C:\Program Files\paint.net\Shapes
