Until someone else arrives to help you, please could you check that you have the latest Windows updates on your computer :D

Looks like your WPF DLLs are corrupt (which is part of .NET Framework). Repairing that should help. Maybe "sfc /scannow" will be needed -- I'm not actually sure how you repair .NET when it's built-in to Windows 10 ...

It's not recommended, but you could try to install the "Early Access" of .Net Framework v4.7.2.

That would hopefully replace the corrupt file during installation.
