Rick Brewster
Looks like your WPF DLLs are corrupt (which is part of .NET Framework). Repairing that should help. mpougnet
Thanks @Pixey but yes my Windows is always up to date. @Rick Brewster I tried this method to repair .NET framework to no avail: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1501399-repair-or-reinstall-microsoft-net-framework Any other suggestions? I miss Paint.NET so much

It's not recommended, but you could try to install the "Early Access" of .Net Framework v4.7.2. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=867317 That would hopefully replace the corrupt file during installation.
