LauraAnn
Hi, we are very new to Paint.Net. The Layers Tab box is missing. I know this needed to perform certain functions. I looked at all the options under Layers. We downloaded three plug ins and still don't have the Layers Tab box. If anyone can help that would be great. MJW
In the upper-right corner of the main window, in the menu bar, there are a series of small icons: a hammer, a clock, a stack of rectangles, a color wheel, a gear, and a question mark. Each will being up a menu. Click on the stack of rectangles to bring up the Layers menu
