paint.net Crash (On startup)

I had installed the program before which was working fine, then when I bought my newest hard drive which is a PCI-E SSD Kingston HyperX 240GB, now when I install it it crashed every time, even after uninstalling & reinstalling it. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64Bit which I have used it with before no problems. Be low is the code to which was given, and I will also email it to you guys as well.

 

I am including a screen shot of the error message in attachments.

Are you up to date with Windows Updates?

 

Check your video driver is also up to date.

If you're up-to-date with everything, try disabling this:

Change: UI/EnableHardwareAcceleration to False
