sidarl Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 With my desktop with W8.1 ….. I seem to have the photo app paint.net installed. But the toolbar I see in the image I get by clicking it on does not contain a HELP, so I can't see what version I have, nor can I call on any help. And the Help menu is the blue circle with a question mark at the top right.
