Sorry I made a major mistake on the poll and entry page. I received an entry which would have been the 4th entry but for some reason I put it in the wrong folder in Photobucket and did not realize it until the entrant sent me a PM asking why their entry did not get accepted. So when I set up the poll the other day, it did not make it into the entry post or the poll. I have changed the order of the entries as they should have been if I had not made this mistake. This is completely my mistake and I really apologize for the problems it has caused. I have redone the poll so that everything will be fair. There were only four votes cast, so if those four people would vote again, I would appreciate it. Again, I'm really sorry. The poll has been extended until Thursday evening. Thanks, Possum

You really have a talent for image modification (and everything else you do). You might be surprised that I can fit into just about any car. I just need some modification so I can read the pedals. It's a photo manip and has cars. Really, really cool cars. Yes, these are my cars (and if you believe that, I have some swamp land in Mississippi I'd like to sell you). Since I am an international man of mystery and part time super spy, as well as a global business tycoon, these are my ever day fleet of cars, so have fun and feel free to be as extravagant on your paint job design as you like, I can afford it. No offense intended. I know you take pride in your sigs, as do all the participants. Just trying to give some advice that might make the comp a little more challenging so that instead of doing the same thing over and over, whether it be vintage cars or video game characters, the comp might occasionally be something that would be completely original artwork. Never mind, it's your comp to do with as you please.

Actually, I was referring to this comment..... .....not to the fact that you have school, took tests, have extra school activities, so on and so forth. I once again went to work and earned a living for my family so I can feed them and keep a roof over their heads. We all have our crosses to bear. The point I was making was not when you post the poll, but the fact that you want to wait until you have six entries. You may be in for a long wait. Patience is not always a virtue and timing is everything. But, as I said, it's your comp to do with as you choose. Just giving some unsolicited advice that in the future, will not be as forthcoming.

OK I have to admit, making an epic wallpaper is more time consuming than I thought. I'm going to make this a two week comp, so the due date is the 21st instead of the 14th. Since there were no entries submitted yet, no harm, no foul.

I think it would have been more interesting if it had been no stocks or renders. As long as you keep doing the same thing, it really doesn't matter what the theme is. It's stock/render, background effects, text, boom you're done. Not really seeing the challenge here, but that's just me.

Just a suggestion, and by all means it's your comp so do what you think is best, but on almost all of the comps I've hosted there has been a round where there have been less entries than I would have liked. I extended the entry period for a couple of days but still opened the poll and let the votes be cast. One of the comps was a recent WOTW that only had three entries. You do your best and move on to the next round. You run the risk of the comp dragging on and people losing interest in it all together. Take a look at some of the comps that are no longer around as examples.
