  1. Yeah, you can still see the arm to the left of Barney, and a hand to the right. But still a big laugh!
  2. No one said #winner Mayor_McSteeze for the last competition. I don't really like pixel sigs, and Drgrit's is very clean and professional looking. Axle: 2 Drgrit: 2
  3. Musiphonix's is too aliased. Chrisco: 2 Musiphonix: 0
  4. WOW! I love how its so realistic (except this part) The color scheme is great, and the sun and mountains are beautiful! My only suggestion is to cut out that black part at the top. Edit: I request a tutorial on the water.
  5. This link should explain: http://www.isimonbrown.co.uk/cutting-out-images/ Just ask if you need any more help!
  6. I like them, but how long have you been using Paint.Net? My favorite is probably the first, it looks almost like "burning metal." The second one I noticed in some areas there are little white pixels never mind, that might just be my browser, because when I copied it into PDN to circle them, they were gone. (Does anyone else see those white pixels), and it's a polar inversion based image, which I somewhat dislike, because the effect makes everything look better, so theres little effort. Third is very nice, nothing to say about that. Fourth I like the least, because theres no depth (Do you know what I mean? I'll explain if you don't) it it. Good work!
  7. To all: Yeah, skill is obvious, but it's rather hard to judge yourself compared to others. I recommend putting up three comps. New, medium, advanced.
  8. Rule number 7: 7) You must be using the latest version of Paint.NET, available here. This is a requirement. If you want to stay with an older version then that is your right, but we cannot help you. If you are unable to upgrade, then please post in the troubleshooting section.
  9. How do you define newbie verses experienced users? Posts? How long you've been here? This is going to be somewhat difficult.
  10. Maybe that's the reason. (look at the .jpg section)
  11. Anti-aliasing? http://www.google.com/cse?cx=017811919762320179081%3Achfn-2g_cbg&cof=FORID%3A1&q=anti-aliasing&sa=Search&siteurl=www.getpaint.net%2Fsearch.html
  12. Please change the topic title. 6) Thread titles must be descriptive and specific -- NOT generic. You need to use descriptive thread titles.
  13. N00Bz: 1 paint dot mike: 0 N00Bz is much cleaner and anti-aliased.
  14. To create several selections, make your first selection, and then press control and make your second selection. To save each selection, I would just copy and paste and save.
  15. For colors, use the color picker. Didn't you just use polar inversion?
  16. Bizor: It's a bit aliased in places,but overall I like it.
  17. St1cki3 3 ptuz 1 Hard to judge, they're two totally different types of sigs. I don't think there is enough to see in ptuz's, where's St1cki3's flows easily, and catches the eye. #winner St1cki3
  18. Cortez: I like everything except the guy on the left doesn't seem to fit in, I would change his color to a darker orange. Bizor: Very nice! Everything flows easily and I see no sort of mistakes. Looks very professional.
