That was wonderful. So how do i get this image onto another one after i have it seperated?

I need to take this avatar out of a screenshot of mine and add it to an image i created but idk how to . Please be detailed as possible i'm a fairley new user

So i just got paint.net. Gimme like 10-20ish or w/e plug ins that are used a lot that you would sudgest i would get Please put the links por favor gracias =D
