Yeah, the method KillerK is what you're looking for. If you wanna "squarify" the image then just go to Image > Resize and make it square like that. Then you might have to flip the image vertically before running Polar Transformation.
If you want a good, clean looking planet then i suggest that you find a seamless panorama image.

Ash remember that its the quality that matters not the quantity. So don't worry about replies and stuff (i know its a good feeling when someone says "Awesome tut" or something similar) as your tuts are top quality anyway.

not possible. PDN is a raster image editor and not a vector one. the document you scanned is made up of pixels so you're likely to get some blur when rotating.
you could try re-typing the document after rotating, if the document isn't handwritten.

@himself22:
... help me duplicate the "V" shape__________
google_img, i'd say your best bet is to use the line tool on a new layer above the dvd and trace the shape of the "V".

The effect sub-menu the author decides to put them into?
edit: btw, this is a great idea!

I got a suggestion. Wouldn't organising each plugin by type be better? So you have multiple table each with a list of the plugins that fit in that table's category. each list in the tables could be list alphabetically by plugin name?

Instead of a line tool with loads of dots, wouldn't it be better to have something like the pen tool, but it just draws raster lines instead? Sort of line a polygonal line tool, but has the ability of curves as well.

Hey pyro, any chance of having a non-collide option. so that the shapes that are rendered don't overlap each other?
