Or, maybe not. I've come up with a new idea for an icon set, which hopefully will not leave me stumped on certain icons.
Just got to work hard to meet the deadline.

Nice stuff. You should keep working on tutorials, and maybe try experimenting on your own.
I like the second piece ( ), looks good in green.
By the way, you might want to update your sig, as the one you are using is actually from pyrochild's tutorial, not mine.

Great stuff man, I hope you still remember me I just dropped by. I would love to use you're audio jungle wallpapers, and make some sigs with them. Like basically stocks. But only with you're permission.
Sure thing. I'd love to see what you do with them. PM me if you have the chance.
You're back! At least for the moment :?By the way, xpiration, i saw your entries on PSDtuts on the front page. GJ.
Thanks Crimson. BTW, I might not be entering the Miscellaneous Competition. I'm stuck. I'll probably just show my unfinished set in the discussion thread. >.<

Actually, this has been previously suggested quite a bit.
You should check out the Popular Feature Requests thread at the top of the General Questions and Discussion forum.
But to specifically answer your question:
Scrolling past the edge of the canvas when zoomed in -- Right now when you zoom in on the image, you can only scroll to the edge of the image. It can be inconvenient because then you have no space between the image and the scroll bars. Implementing this is dependent on some other "plumbing" work that should be done for the image canvas' rendering, and this will be taken into account when that work is being done. No ETA though.Hope this helps!

Sounds good to me!

Nooo! All this stimulating discussion has left me with no chance to celebrate my 666th post.

By the way, the annals need some updating.

Wow, so many intricate details to work out.
I guess this would be the case, to see how the artist utilizes the one font to maximize the effect of their design.
-
I don't think so Brandon. If you don't limit the font, you can see who chooses the best font to use in their design, since the theme is typography in general. Font selection, along with composition and execution would be included into the voting criteria.
-
Actually, I was waiting to see if any more suggestions would come up. Although Nab, you do have a good point: I could make the theme hell.
But, seeing as there are no other ideas, the theme for SOTW #17 is:
Typography!

I don't get what the road part is supposed to be. What is it :?:
Also, the sky is too dark for the ground to be that light ... :o
-
And also, if you read (or re-read) the rules ...
Then you will also find out that you should post in the correct section, and that this forum is for tutorial publishing only.
-
Collaboration = win.
Also for more hands-on teaching ...
-
You got it Crimson.

The far grass ...
The what? Are you talking about the Sunset Tree? Cause if you are, I'm looking forward to it.

To busy
???
Also I got an idea off of DarkShock to make that sig.
He means the sig looks too busy. As in, there are too many things going on, too many effects, etc.
-
Well, as the winner of SOTW 16, I guess I should be choosing the theme for SOTW 17.
However, as usual, I'm drawing a blank, so I, would like to here your opinions, on what you think the theme for the next SOTW will be. I'll probably end up choosing something else, but who knows?
-
Looks vaguely DarkShocky.
-
I had a feeling...anyway, congrats! Now, hopefully, we don't have to wait another two months for a new SOTW. Keep in mind though, you're going down in that icon contest.
Thanks Crimson.
I'll try not to crush you so hard in the icon competition.
congrats!Thanks!

Yes, it's the little "SimpleViewer" button in the bottom right hand corner.
Unless you pay for SimpleViewer Pro.

Usually, icon packs have a set theme. Whether it be based on some OS (e.g. Vista), a movie (there's this set of Transformers icons on dA  ), or just a color scheme, having consistency in an icon pack is key.
