Could you post the converted APNG that doesn't work?

I'm assuming it's because it's now "subforum pinned" like the plugin index.

Open the folder in Windows Explorer. The main folder is outside any folders (the "all categories" section should show all brushes anyway, if they don't show up, it could be because the folders don't begin with an "_").

Does the output file work?

Upload them to this site. The animation won't be retained if they're converted to JPEG.

The output size and preview thing is a known issue. Are you sure the file is unusable? (Try the APNG in Firefox or Opera.)

The java thing is just for an older version. All you need is the latest version of the plugin.

Several things: That's not the plugin, it's a utility to configure it. The link to the actual plugin was broken, which i've just fixed. Plugins in the pack that one was in aren't supported.
