Me too. I like being able to scroll through the pages of images instead of having to go through multiple threads. You will have the galleria if you want to do that. Just one question - if this happens, what about the old pictorium? Will that be moved and stickied?

Obviously after the mods look at it they will upload a png or something.

I agree, I thought the idea of seperate threads per image is so that people can easily comment on them. With the discussion thread - you won't be able to post images and so people will have to follow a cross-reference to see the image being commented on.

What stops someone opening their otherway created image in Paint.NET and saving it as a PDN file?

I just believe that since there is a pictorium, it makes sense for that to be a section rather than just a thread.

Obviously not just that - that's one reason why a seperate forum would help with organisation - but polls would provide a creator with a quick indicator.

I agree, although the limit should be per-member otherwise someone might wait ages for the chance to post their picture.

I think per image may be a little excessive. One per author would do just fine in my opinion. Why would it be exessive? With a thread per image users could easily comment on a picture - like is done with plugins and tutorials.

No polls. Yes, pools are irritating and often pointless. Sometimes, I agree - but why not for how good a picture is?

I thought that because this forum had a plugin section and a tutorial section and it seemed that a popular way people use this forum is to share images. And it seems a bit disorganised for this all to be in one thread when people often want to comment on them. Edit: It would also easily allow people to easily supply the PDN file if they wish as it's very easy to find an image host but not so easy to find a file host.

Update - It's happening! There's an open forum where you can add your input to help it get set up right the first time. If that was the case we could easily post images, find them, and comment on them not to mention polls for quality of image.

Are you saying it works now? If not you should post the screenshot.

Is it really important to know? You were acting as though you do it every day. Most people have gone through whole computers without doing it.

Surley you should get it working now - ready for the release. If you leave it it people may realise it won't work and give up looking for upgrades.
