well i went to look at something in Paint.NET and had three images open, i had a magic wand selection on one, i went to close the one with the magic wand selection and PDN chrased, i think that is what happened -

that is true, mabey if you give a bad rep, you must also post a reaonable reason on why you gave a bad rep. and if your reason is not sufficient, the mods should be able to delete the rep -

look on dafont.com for handwriten text, that should help with the writing part of it, but just incase you dont know this, once you put text in paint.net you cant edit it -
in order to merge you have to select the top layer, that is if you have more than one layer

yep put them in the windows font folder, then as long as there true type font, Paint.NET will load them on the next start up
