You may want to look at a tutorial or two. i.e. this one here would give you an idea of a shape that, when animated, would move the wheel around in a circle. So this is really a question for how you animate it as it rotates around on itself? This is a bit too complicated for my knowledge, which I do in @midora's Plugin.

You could also just 'select' the chain itself and then use > Shift + Right click mouse and pull on the nubs to rotate. Using right click moves it 15% at a time.

To rotate the "chain" which I assume is the dotted lines, you'd have to have them on their own layer and separate from the belt

Perhaps try this free site first: https://www.remove.bg/ which works very well. Otherwise you will have to use the Lasso Select to go around the graffiti and then delete.

@pdn_mark I've been tinkering with this, using Levels helps a tad, then duplicate the layer and mode to Difference. I can see that the Bar Bill was huge - must have been a good party. Reminds me of the time my husband and I went to the bar at the Danieli in Venice 😁

Hello @msh You could make this by using the Shape Maker Tool and here are some tutorials on how to use it. You also make a simple one by using the line curve tool as a template, and then using gradients to fill the parts:

Alas, this will happen when you post the image over to a website. Perhaps, if you sampled the 'exact' color of the website's landing page, you could flatten your round image down to that color and then hopefully it will not show up as square.
