    Could anyone supply a guide to the conditional hue/saturation plugin? I can't seem to figure it out, even with the guide on the plugin download page. Please help?

    I'm totally for it, it would be perfect for a project I'm working on. Right now, I'm eclipsing ovals, gaussian blurring them, and rotating it.

    draw it with line/curve tool, figure out a couple of effects, and make it slightly transparent

    What about drawing green random lines on a new layer, delete them, under it put the cloud effect, and zoom blur, motion blur, and frosted glass around the edges?

    These are the cats true color eyes. I did not do anything to the color.

    Different programs have different patterns for showing transparency. Like Ms Paint just has plain white, and an icon program I have has it a light blue. Or the program does not support transparency

    That took me forever and a day to figure that out.

    Some programs I've used (for example Microsoft Publisher)will have a timer, and when it hits the certain time it will say "Its time to save your work"and you can save it. (you can adjust the timer) Would that be to hard to program?

    an easier way would be to paste the pic into the background, create new layer, fill with white, write black text, and with the magic wand select the text and hit delete. EDIT:make sure antianalisizing is off, and move the bottom layer with the picture around till you get it where you want it inside the text.
