  1. @BoltBait I just got home. I will certainly take a look at this plugin and let you know.
  2. @AndrewDavid Thanks for the tip. A very interesting and easy to use tool. I managed to create the effect with an outlined font but I had to do some cleaning first.
  3. @Lemonade, @Ego Eram Reputo Thanks for the ready made code, very impressive results.
  4. @Lemonade Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not good with html/css and I didn't find any ready made code. On the other hand I found a website that does letter overlapping and outlining. I just have to type my words and download the result as an image. Then, I can enhance it with my favorite image editor.🙂
  5. That's what I did with the HELLO word. I'm looking for a faster way, I need to type a few hundred words and that is a lot of layers and manipulations. A plugin able to do a phrase on a single layer would be a great time saver.
  6. Hello, There are several plugins to manipulate text but I haven't seen one capable of changing the spacing in a way that the letters overlap. Please let, me know if you know one. I can achieve this effect by typing each letter on a different layer but I wish there was a faster way of doing it. Looks very nice on thick and rounded fonts. I added an outline; I also applied beveling and shading. I plan using this as a coloring activity with my students at school. Thanks to all plugin creators.
  7. @toe_head2001 Thanks, I guess it is not possible with paint.net. I tried using several layers and played changing the modes and had no luck.
  8. Hello, lately, I have seen some pictures hiding words as in this image. Do you have any ideas how this type of images are made? (if you don't see the word, just close your eyes a little or zoom out the image) Thanks.
  9. Hello, Have you tried using an ultraviolet light? It works pretty well on white paper.
  10. Hello Ejay, I think the French Pattern is a kind of tessellation. There is a plugin that may help you in the plugin index.
  11. Thanks @BoltBait, Is there a scrip that will draw dots or dashes instead of solid lines? (with adjustable distance between each dot or dash)
  12. Hello, @toe_head2001 Is this plugin published somewhere? I have to draw grids inside a selection and this plugin would become very handy. I wonder if it can draw dotted/dashed line as well? Thank you!
  13. Hello again, I keep complicating myself with ideas trying to keep my students attention.😄 I am looking for a plugin just like the jumble plugin but instead of mixing rectangles it would randomly mix sections of a circle. I would like to create circular puzzles just like in this image (Here, there are 20 sections but other puzzles will have less). Any ideas are always welcomed. Thanks.
  14. Thanks for your response. The plugin is very good as it is, you do not need to change it. I just wanted to create a chart that pairs students and encourages team work. I figured how to do it.
  15. @toe_head2001 A wonderful tool for making charts. Could an interlocking feature be added? Something like in a puzzle. Thank you.
  16. Thanks @xod. I don't know how I have been living without this plugin. A great tool for drawing lines with axes and diagonals.
  17. @Pixey and @Disk4mat Thank you both for the idea. Making a reusable template is the way to go.🙂
  18. Hello community, I needed a simple Venn Diagram so I made one by overlapping two circles and adjusting the layers transparency. This method works OK but I decided to venture into SHAPE MAKER and tried making a Venn Diagram Shape, after a couple of hours ðŸĪŠI ended with two overlapping circle shapes that actually work. You can see the result in the upper part of the image. The only problem is that the distance between the circles is fixed and the colors are limited by the primary and secondary colors (there is a hole in the middle). I would like to make Diagrams that look more like the ones on the bottom with more than two colors (the middle color is a mixture of the two other). I have searched in the plugins index but did not find a tool that could create them easily so if you know of one please let me know. I know that it is possible to make this type of chart in Powerpoint or Excel but I wish I could make them in Paint.net. Cheers!
  19. I'm making dominoes like vocabulary cards to print and then cut. The kids at school like the bevel effect. Thanks. I didn't think about this. I will keep it in mind.
  20. I really like the light angles features. I found a way to solve my issue, I placed each rectangle on its own layer. It looks great.
  21. Thanks for the answer, expanding the canvas didn't fix the issue. This is what the older plugin did: And this is the result using the newer version on the same image:
  22. Hello, I have a little issue with bevel object. On a large canvas, I have several rectangles. There is 1 pixel gap all around the canvas and 2 pixels between each object. I chose the bevel colors to be the same but they are not rendered equally. This behavior didn't happen with older versions of Bevel Object. Thanks for all you do.
  23. I do side-by-side legends very often but I have to resort to a text editor or Powerpoint to create list with numbering or bullets.
