goyangelilliyasorang
Does anyone have a good way to CG on Paint.NET?
BoltBait
CG meaning... ? Do you mean Character Generator? Like for titling of movies? If so, this is probably not the best tool for the job. Paint.NET is not an animation tool and most CG is animated or scrolling. goyangelilliyasorang
I'm not sure what it stands for exactly... But I know it's colouring a picture on the computer. There are photoshop tutorials for it, but I think it would just be easier if someone explained it from a Paint.NET view.
