What portion of the image do you want to be dark blue? Crazy Man Dan Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 Well, it's not perfect, because I didn't spend more than five minutes on it, but with the help of Color Filter, courtesy of Ed's Plugin Pack, I duplicated the layer, applied Color Filter, selecting blue, and used the eraser to erase everywhere that wasn't the shirt: Which brings up another reason why I hate anime: That's supposed to be a guy...
