I would really enjoy a short cut to OPEN the last effect dialog box. Ctrl-Shift-F is already affect to image flatten, I suggest Ctrl-Alt-F. Especially now that PDN has such a slew of Plugins, it can be a chore finding the last one again if you want to use it but change the settings. [Alt] + [Crtl] + [F] for the win!
