When selecting an area, the ability to hold down a key to switch to move selected pixels immediately after selecting. You can do this by simplying pressing 'm' after making your selection. Left-Click and drag to move, Left-Click on one of the nubs and drag to resize, Right-Click and drag to rotate (Shift constrains to 15-degree increments).
