JPWRana
I think Picassa has it, and I'm wondering if Paint.net has it (I really don't want to have to install Picassa just for the plug in). I have photos that are barely not leveled. In Picassa, when I want to rotate, it first imposes a grid on the photo (which I REALLY LIKE). Then as I am rotating to the grid horizon point of my choosing, it ALSO is as the same time re-cropping the photo so that I don't get the "tilling" or "preserve background" effect. does such a plug in exist in Paint.net?
