Alternative method or plugin to Photoshop's Selective Color Adjustment?

Hello.

 

Do we have a plugin that can be used as an alternative to Photoshop's Selective Color Adjustment?

I liked the "neutrals" color option the most.

If Curves+ or Hue & Saturation+ don't do the job, try Selective Enhancement or Selective Toning
