pdnnoob Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 Within the displacement mask topic is a link to the japanese page. While you may not be able to read it, the images explain it quite well. Use the picture of the person as the displacement mask on your text (which I assume is on a new layer). Since your text is on a separate layer, you can use layer blend modes and opacity to make it more transparent.
